PumivoKullanım Şartları
1. Kabul
Pumivo mobil uygulamasını ("Uygulama") indirerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Şartları'nı kabul etmiş olursun. Uygulama, bireysel geliştirici Emre Durmaz ("biz") tarafından sunulur. Şartları kabul etmiyorsan Uygulamayı kullanma.
2. Hizmet
Pumivo; köpek sahiplerine kişisel eğitim planları, dersler, davranış programları, aşı takvimi, sağlık kayıtları ve günlük araçlar sunan bir rehber uygulamasıdır.
3. Sağlık ve güvenlik uyarısı
Pumivo genel bilgi ve rehberlik sunar; veteriner hekim muayenesinin, teşhisinin veya tedavisinin yerine geçmez. Aşı takvimi ve sağlık bilgileri genel kılavuz niteliğindedir; köpeğinin aşıları ve sağlığıyla ilgili kararlar için mutlaka veteriner hekimine danış. Saldırganlık, ısırma veya ciddi davranış sorunlarında profesyonel bir eğitmenden ya da veteriner davranış uzmanından destek al.
Eğitimleri köpeğinin sağlığına ve güvenliğine uygun şekilde uygulamaktan sen sorumlusun. Köpeğin ağrı, stres veya hastalık belirtileri gösterirse eğitimi durdur ve veteriner hekimine başvur.
4. Hesap
Uygulamanın çoğu özelliği hesap açmadan kullanılabilir. Hesap açarsan doğru bilgi vermeyi ve hesabının güvenliğini korumayı kabul edersin. Hesabını istediğin zaman Profil → Hesabı sil adımlarıyla silebilirsin.
5. Pumivo Premium ve abonelikler
- Bazı özellikler ücretli Pumivo Premium aboneliği gerektirir. Aylık ve yıllık planlar sunulur; güncel fiyatlar satın almadan önce Uygulamada gösterilir.
- Ödeme, satın alma onayında Apple Kimliği veya Google Play hesabından alınır.
- Ücretsiz deneme: Sunulduğunda, uygun yeni kullanıcılar Premium'u belirtilen süre boyunca ücretsiz deneyebilir. Deneme süresi bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezsen abonelik otomatik olarak ücretli plana döner.
- Otomatik yenileme: Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe aynı süre ve fiyatla otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde alınır.
- Yönetim ve iptal: Aboneliğini App Store'da cihazının Ayarlar → [Adın] → Abonelikler bölümünden, Google Play'de Play Store → Ödemeler ve abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsin. İptal, mevcut dönemin sonunda geçerli olur.
- İadeler: İade talepleri Apple veya Google'ın politikalarına tabidir ve doğrudan onlara iletilir.
- Hesabını veya Uygulamayı silmek aboneliğini iptal etmez; aboneliği yukarıdaki adımlarla ayrıca iptal etmelisin.
6. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Uygulamayı yasalara aykırı amaçlarla kullanmamayı, hizmetin işleyişini bozmaya çalışmamayı, başkalarının hesaplarına erişmeye çalışmamayı ve Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik ile kopyalamamayı kabul edersin.
7. Fikri mülkiyet
Uygulamadaki ders içerikleri, metinler, çizimler, tasarım ve yazılım bize aittir veya lisanslıdır. Sana Uygulamayı kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanman için devredilemez, münhasır olmayan bir lisans verilir.
8. Senin içeriğin
Uygulamaya girdiğin bilgiler (köpek profili, notlar, kayıtlar) sana aittir. Bunları yalnızca hizmeti sunmak için, Gizlilik Politikası'na uygun şekilde işleriz.
9. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Eğitim sonuçları her köpekte farklıdır ve belirli bir sonucu garanti etmeyiz. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu madde, tüketici mevzuatından doğan ve sınırlandırılamayan haklarını etkilemez.
10. App Store ve Google Play
Uygulamayı App Store'dan indirdiysen Apple'ın Standart Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) da geçerlidir. Bu şartlar yalnızca seninle bizim aramızdadır; Apple ve Google Uygulamadan ve içeriğinden sorumlu değildir.
11. Fesih
Hesabını istediğin zaman silebilirsin. Bu şartları ciddi şekilde ihlal etmen hâlinde erişimini askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz.
12. Değişiklikler
Bu şartları güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde Uygulamada veya bu sayfada bilgilendirme yaparız. Değişikliklerden sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmen, güncel şartları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
13. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu şartlara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici olarak, ikamet ettiğin ülkenin tüketiciyi koruyan zorunlu kurallarından doğan hakların saklıdır.

Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using the Pumivo mobile app (the "App") you agree to these Terms of Use. The App is provided by Emre Durmaz, an individual developer ("we"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. The service
Pumivo is a guide app that gives dog owners personal training plans, lessons, behaviour programs, a vaccination calendar, health logs and everyday tools.
3. Health and safety notice
Pumivo provides general information and guidance and is not a substitute for examination, diagnosis or treatment by a veterinarian. The vaccination calendar and health information are general guidelines; always ask your veterinarian about your dog's vaccines and health. For aggression, biting or serious behaviour problems, get help from a professional trainer or a veterinary behaviourist.
You are responsible for training your dog in a way that is safe and suitable for its health. Stop training and see a veterinarian if your dog shows signs of pain, stress or illness.
4. Accounts
Most features work without an account. If you create one, you agree to give accurate information and keep your account secure. You can delete your account any time under Profile → Delete account.
5. Pumivo Premium and subscriptions
- Some features require a paid Pumivo Premium subscription. Monthly and yearly plans are offered; current prices are shown in the App before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Free trial: when offered, eligible new users can try Premium free for the stated period. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Managing and cancelling: on the App Store, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions; on Google Play, go to Play Store → Payments & subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Refunds: refund requests follow Apple's or Google's policies and are handled by them.
- Deleting your account or the App does not cancel your subscription; cancel it separately as described above.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, try to disrupt the service, access other users' accounts, or reverse engineer or copy the App.
7. Intellectual property
The lesson content, text, illustrations, design and software in the App are owned by or licensed to us. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App for non-commercial purposes.
8. Your content
The information you enter (dog profile, notes, logs) belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". Training results vary from dog to dog and we do not guarantee any particular outcome. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the App. This does not affect any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
10. App Store and Google Play
If you downloaded the App from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies. These terms are between you and us only; Apple and Google are not responsible for the App or its content.
11. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously breach these terms.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. We will tell you about significant changes in the App or on this page. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
