Pumivo hesabını ve hesabınla ilişkili tüm verileri istediğin zaman silebilirsin.

Uygulama içinden (önerilen)

  1. Pumivo uygulamasını aç.
  2. Alttaki menüden Profil sekmesine dokun.
  3. Hesabı sil'e dokun.
  4. Silme işlemini onayla.

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan

Hesabını açtığın e-posta adresinden support@pumivo.app adresine "Hesap silme talebi" konulu bir e-posta gönder. Hesabın sana ait olduğunu doğruladıktan sonra hesabını sileriz.

Hesap açmadıysan

Pumivo'yu hesap açmadan kullandıysan verilerin yalnızca cihazındadır ve bize hiç gönderilmemiştir. Uygulamayı cihazından silmen yeterlidir.

Neler silinir

  • Hesabın (e-posta adresi, ad, giriş bilgileri)
  • Köpek profilleri, eğitim planları ve ilerleme kayıtları
  • Notlar, hatırlatıcılar, bakım, kilo, yürüyüş ve aşı kayıtları, acil durum bilgileri
  • Abonelik durumu kaydı ve abonelik hizmet sağlayıcımızdaki müşteri kaydın
  • Varsa, kullanım istatistikleri kayıtların

Ne zaman

Uygulama içinden sildiğinde hesabın hemen kapatılır; veriler sistemlerimizden ve hizmet sağlayıcılarımızdan en geç 30 gün içinde tamamen silinir.

Saklananlar

Satın alma işlem kayıtları (fatura, vergi ve dolandırıcılık önleme amacıyla) Apple veya Google tarafından tutulur; bu kayıtlar bizim kontrolümüzde değildir.

Önemli: Hesabını silmek aktif bir aboneliği iptal etmez. Ücretlendirilmeye devam etmemek için önce aboneliğini iPhone'da Ayarlar → [Adın] → Abonelikler, Android'de Play Store → Ödemeler ve abonelikler bölümünden iptal et.

Delete Your Account and Data

You can delete your Pumivo account and all data linked to it at any time.

In the app (recommended)

  1. Open the Pumivo app.
  2. Tap the Profile tab.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm the deletion.

If you can't open the app

Email support@pumivo.app from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Account deletion request". Once we confirm the account is yours, we delete it.

If you never created an account

If you used Pumivo without an account, your data is only on your device and was never sent to us. Deleting the app from your device is enough.

What is deleted

  • Your account (email address, name, sign-in details)
  • Dog profiles, training plans and progress records
  • Notes, reminders, care, weight, walk and vaccination records, emergency info
  • Your subscription status record and your customer record at our subscription provider
  • Your usage statistics records, if any

When

When you delete in the app, your account is closed right away; the data is fully removed from our systems and our providers within 30 days.

What is kept

Purchase records (for billing, tax and fraud prevention) are kept by Apple or Google and are outside our control.

Important: deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. To stop being charged, first cancel it on iPhone in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or on Android in Play Store → Payments & subscriptions.
